REGISTRATION GUIDELEINES:
1. Fee includes luncheons, receptions and complete set of documentation (upon request).

2. Please quote the name of the delegate on the advice when remitting payment. If payments is made throught Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer, an additional fee of US$ 20.00 will be levied to the payor to cover the bank charges.

4. Attendance will be permitted upon receipt of full payment. Participants wishing to register on-site will be charged published rates.
5. Cancellation and Refund; All cancellations should be made in writing and addressed to Mining Philippines 2012 Conference and Exhibition on or before August 31, 2012 for a 50% refund. No refund will be made for any cancellations after the said date.
